Poughkeepsie police continue to investigate three murders

POUGHKEEPSIE – Three people were shot to death in Poughkeepsie in the past 14 months and police are looking for the public’s help
On November 17, 2013 Alvin Hayles was shot at the intersection of Cannon and Market Street in front of numerous people.
On September 9, 2014 David Reed was shot while sitting in a car in front of 129 Garden Street in front of numerous people,.
On December 17, 2014 Juan Ramirez was shot while standing in the doorway of 15 Gifford Avenue.
All these murders are being actively investigated, anyone with information is asked to call the City of Poughkeepsie Police at 451-7577.
