PORT EWEN – Deputies of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office arrested of Port Ewen man for felony of aggravated family offense and misdemeanor aggravated harassment.
Just after midnight on December 31, sheriff deputies received a call regarding threatening messages concerning the imminent harm of the caller and her son. Through investigation, it was determined that Joseph DePace, 22 had been conversing with the caller via Facebook messenger and had made statements about her “death” and the death of her son.
DePace was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
