ORMC continues to market its two existing campuses

MIDDLETOWN – Construction is underway for the new campus of Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill and there is interest in the purchase of the hospital’s two existing campuses.

President Scott Batulis said developers have been kicking the tires at both the Horton campus in Middletown and the Arden Hill campus in Goshen.

“We have some great interest in the campuses,” he said “We don’t know what the final use will be but there is good action on that.”

In the past, officials said the facilities could be sold for offices or other commercial uses.
