| Dubois Street Gateway Partnership celebrates “Grand Ladies” |

NEWBURGH – City officials and residents Saturday turned out to celebrate the completion of the first three of six homes being restored on Dubois Street in the City of Newburgh. Dubbed the “Grand Ladies,” 44-46 Dubois Street were completed by the HOGAR non-profit group. The homes are being offered to first time home buyers who qualify as affordable income families. Members of the Newburgh City Council, other city and Orange County officials, attended a ribbon cutting. Mount Saint Mary College’s new president, Fr. Kevin Mackin, was on hand to bless the homes.
