Police ID man killed in motorcycle accident

WARWICK – Police Monday identified the man killed when his motorcycle crashed into a car Sunday after the car turned in front of it as Irwin Citer, 47, of Kinnelon, NJ. He was pronounced dead at the scene at Orange County Route 1 and Edenville Road in the Town of Warwick.

His wife, Jacquelin Citer, also 47, who was a passenger on the bike, is in Westchester Medical Center.

The driver of the car was identified as Hermann Seiler, 86, of Yulan.

The investigation is continuing. No charges have been filed to this point, police said.
