Vehicle break-in leads to police reminder
POUGHKEEPSIE - City of Poughkeepsie Police received a report of a wallet stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Washington Street between 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 25 and 8 A.M. on August 26.
That has prompted the police to remind residents to secure their vehicles and to never leave valuables in their vehicles.
Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call city police at (845) 451-4000 or the Tip Line at (845) 451-7577.
