Greene County man sentenced on burglary charges


CATSKILL – A former Greenville man has been sentenced in Greene County Court to 15 years in state prison and five years of post-release supervision following his conviction.

Todd Raffiani, 31, was also ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution for burglaries he committed.

Raffiani was arrested for eight residential burglaries in Ulster and Greene counties that were committed in September 2018, months after being released from prison where he served 12 years on an Albany County burglary conviction.

He was sentenced in Greene County Court on February 28. The sentence was announced on Friday, March 8.
