New Castle man pleads guilty to raping teen girl

WHITE PLAINS – A Millwood man pled guilty in the Westchester County Sex Offense Court to felony rape.

On June 21, New Castle Town Police received a call about a missing 16-year-old girl. She sent a text message to her mother asking her for help. The girl did not know where she was at the time. The mother gave police a location from the Find My iPhone app, and they responded to the area.

They found the child hiding in bushes, disheveled and upset. She told officers she met the defendant, Victor Gonzalez, 40, on the Internet and agreed to meet him in White Plains.

When Gonzalez met her at the train, he took her to his residence in New Castle.

The victim remembers waking up in Gonzalez’s apartment with him on top of her having sex.

The teen fled the apartment and texted her mother when Gonzalez went to the bathroom. Police arrived a short time later and arrested him.
