East Fishkill man accused of running up $11,000 on someone else’s credit cards

EAST FISHKILL – An East Fishkill man is facing several charges of grand larceny and identity theft in connection with fraudulent purchases he allegedly made on two credit cards belonging to someone else.

Richard Marino, 55, who was arrested on Thursday, January 3, is in the Dutchess County Jail being held without bail.

Town Police received a complaint in late December 2018 of unauthorized purchases on their credit cards. An investigation led to the arrest of Marino who is under the supervision of the State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision for a robbery conviction.
