Bronx man caught with three pounds of pot in Dutchess


LAGRANGE – State Police from the Salt Point barracks have arrested a Bronx man after a traffic stop on Noxon Road in the Town of LaGrange resulted in the discovery of some 3.6 pounds of marijuana.

When troopers interviewed Linval Robinson, 36, before 11 p.m. on May 8, they detected an odor of marijuana.  Further investigation resulted in the discovery of the drug.

Robinson was charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
