PA man indicted on Ulster drug charge

KINGSTON – A Wood, Pennsylvania man was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury for the felony of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Brian Lazor, Jr., 36, was arrested on March 3, 2018 in the parking lot of an Ulster Avenue business in Kingston.

An employee of a business saw Lazor unresponsive in his vehicle and called police. Officers and emergency services personnel responded and roused Lazor.  A brief investigation revealed several hypodermic needles and syringes along with various items for making methamphetamine. He also had a quantity of meth and other illegal substances.
