Police release name of man killed in Middletown car crash

MIDDLETOWN – City Police in Middletown now say the man who was killed in a car crash on West Main Street on May 23 was a Middletown resident.

Police said Zachary Campbell, 23, was driving near Maple Hill when it is believed that he lost control, struck a utility pole and crossed lanes striking another vehicle.

Excessive speed may have been a contributing factor, police said.
