On Friday, Investigators arrested and charged Pamela Hallenbeck of Hudson. She is charged with Grand Larceny, a felony, and is free on bail.

Hallenbeck was the treasurer for the Sunshine Club and is an employee of the Columbia County Department of Social Services.  She was placed on administrative leave from the Department of Social Services at the start of the investigation.
