Four charged with felony unlicensed massaging

NEW WINDSOR – Four women were arrested by New Windsor Town Police with investigators from the Orange County Drug Task Force on charges of performing massages without a state professional license as required by state law.

The arrests were made at four different locations in the town following several complaints from residents and local businesses of suspicious activity occurring at those locations.

Arrested and charged with unauthorized practice of a profession as a felony were Ogbun Park, 47, of Flushing, who was arrested at Route 207 Spa/relaxation Spa at 899 Little Britain Road; Liying Zhu, 30, of Flushing, who was arrested at A&A Spa at 357 Windsor Highway; Hyekyung Baek, 46, of Flushing, who was arrested at the Sun & Moon Spa at 357 Forge Hill Road; and Jinshan Bai, 53, of Flushing, who was arrested at 32 Spa/Orange Spa at 276 Windsor Highway.

Bail was set at $1,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Bai was sent to the Orange County Jail.  Park, Zhu and Back were released after posting bail
