Latimer sends contracts for WCC employees to legislators

WHITE PLAINS – New Westchester County Executive George Latimer has sent contracts for Westchester Community College workers to the county board of legislators for its review.

The tentative agreements are between Westchester Community College Administration, CSEA and the WCC Federation of Teachers. The contracts cover close to 600 employees.

College President Dr. Belinda Miles said the faculty and staff have been working under expired contracts for some eight years and this move brings them “one step closer to our collective bargaining goal of updated contracts.”
