Body of Catskill man, missing for a year, recovered

CATSKILL – State Police recovered a body they believe is that of a Catskill man who has been missing since January 2017.

Troopers executed a search warrant on Tuesday at 124 Tool House Road in the Town of Catskill and found the remains thought to be that of Brandyn Foster, 31, who had last lived on that property.

An autopsy is pending to confirm the man’s identity.

State Police have been assisted in the investigation by the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, Ulster County District Attorney’s Office and FBI.
