East Fishkill man arrested for possessing large quantity of heroin, marijuana


EAST FISHKILL – The Dutchess County Drug Task Force has arrested an East Fishkill man at his 128 Blue Hill Road residence following execution of a search warrant turned up a large quantity of drugs.

The raid, last Friday, September 8, resulted in the seizure of 150 bags of heroin, six pounds of marijuana, as well as quantities of cocaine, crack cocaine, scales and packaging materials.

Rodney Lowe, 43, was charged with felony drug possession with intent to sell. He is in the Dutchess County Jail without bail. Additional charges may be pending, police said.

Assisting at the scene were the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit, East Fishkill Police and the Westchester County DEA Drug Task Force.
