ELLENVILLE/WAWARSING – Owners of the Imperial Schrade property will have a study conducted to determine the highest and best use of the 76-acre property in the Village of Ellenville and Town of Wawarsing.

The owner, AmTrust Realty Corp., has asked the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency to provide half of the funds for the study – some $15,000 – which would be paid back if the property is not developed according to the study.

The property is comprised of a single-story and mezzanine industrial building containing a gross building area of 450,680 square feet, including a 116,410 SF mezzanine.

The property is located within the Sullivan County Empire Zone.
