Three sought in Wallkill cab robbery

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police are looking for three men in the robbery of a cabbie at 28 Cobblestone Lane in Wallkill at around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 10.

The robbers, who were passengers, threatened to assault the driver and demanded money. They fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

One of the suspects was described as a black man, about six feet tall, in his early 20s and wearing a black shirt, red sweater and white sneakers.

The other two men were described as black or Hispanic, and both in their early 20s. One was wearing a white shirt and red hat and the other was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. One of the men was estimated at five feet, 11 inches tall. No height was given for the third suspect.
