Home invasion in Montgomery

TOWN OF MONTGOMERY – Police in the Town of Montgomery are investigating a home invasion robbery that occurred around 11:50 p.m. on Monday.              

During the incident at 9 Lira Lane, at least one victim was bound.

Witnesses told investigators that three men were involved, one armed with a weapon.  They fled without any known proceeds.

As they were fleeing, police said the homeowner fired a shotgun, allegedly to scare off the suspects.

During the interview process with police, the occupants were somewhat uncooperative, officers said.

The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call Montgomery Town Police at 845-457-9211.
