Newburgh Police investigate animal cruelty case

Persons of interest

NEWBURGH – Police in the City of Newburgh are investigating an animal cruelty case where a dead dog was found in the area of 32 Carter Street.

Detectives are looking to question two people about the case. There are no charges at this time.
