KINGSTON – The Ulster County strategic plan, introduced well over a year ago, is alive and well.

Ulster County Development Corporation President Lance Matteson said the plan remains a blueprint for the county.

“The ‘Ulster Tomorrow’ plan is a good sort of menu of goals that we need to work off of and we are implementing the deliverables, the specific action steps that each of those strategies involve,” he said. “One by one, we are making progress.”

“Ulster Tomorrow” plan is a collaborative effort of Ulster County, the UCDC and the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency.
