Robbery, assault, worth up to five years in prison

MILFORD PA – A Huguenot man who stole something from the Wal-Mart, in Westfall Township, PA, then struck an employee with his fist, was sentenced, in Pike County Court, to a term of 18 months to five years in state prison.  Joseph Odonits, 39, also must pay a fine of $ 1,500.00 for the crimes of Robbery, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On April 23, 2008, Odonits, entered the Wal-Mart and while committing a theft, struck the victim, an employee, in the face.

In a separate incident on August 4, 2008, Odonits was found in possession of a hypodermic needle.
